Privacy Notice
Last updated: 5 September 2026
IntegraFlo is a founder-led Philippine business providing Salesforce managed services to businesses in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. This notice explains how we handle limited personal and business information.
Information we may process
Depending on your interaction with IntegraFlo, we may process your name, business contact details, job title, employer, country, communications, enquiry/proposal information, publicly available business information relevant to our services, and information reasonably required for authorised service delivery or system security.
Where information comes from
Information may come directly from you, your employer or an authorised contact, referrals, publicly available business sources such as company websites, job advertisements and professional profiles, service providers, or authorised client systems. Public availability does not by itself mean information will be used for marketing.
Why we process information
We may process information to respond to enquiries, conduct proportionate B2B prospect research, assess relevance to Salesforce needs, make lawful and relevant business contact, arrange discovery and proposals, negotiate/manage contracts, deliver services, maintain required business records, protect systems, meet legal obligations and maintain suppression records for opt-outs.
Where consent is legally required, this notice is not a substitute for consent.
Direct business outreach
IntegraFlo uses low-volume, evidence-led outreach rather than indiscriminate bulk marketing. We aim to identify ourselves clearly, provide valid contact information and an appropriate opt-out route, respect requests to stop marketing contact, and maintain suppression information needed to avoid accidental re-contact.
Service providers and international processing
We may use reputable providers for business email/documents, CRM, website hosting, cloud infrastructure, accounting, payments, security and operational tooling. IntegraFlo operates from the Philippines and serves businesses in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom, so information may be processed across borders through these services. We aim to limit provider access to what is reasonably necessary and apply proportionate safeguards.
IntegraFlo does not sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers.
Retention
We do not intend to retain personal information indefinitely merely because it was collected. Prospect information is periodically reviewed; unnecessary data is removed when the business purpose ends. Suppression records may retain the minimum information necessary to honour an opt-out. Client, commercial and accounting records are retained as required by contractual, legal, tax and operational obligations.
Security and AI-assisted processing
Our operating principles include least-privilege access, read-only-first investigation where practical, controlled production changes, separation of client contexts, keeping credentials and secrets out of ordinary repositories/CRM notes, controlled backups and human accountability for consequential AI-assisted work.
AI-assisted tools may support research, summarisation, documentation, technical investigation, development and quality assurance. Personal/client data should be minimised before AI use, credentials must not be placed in ordinary prompts, and agreed client restrictions take precedence.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law and the processing involved, you may have rights to information, access, correction, objection, withdrawal of consent where applicable, deletion/restriction in appropriate circumstances, and complaint to an applicable regulator. You may ask IntegraFlo to stop direct marketing to you at any time.
